The RoleAs a Care Assistant (Days), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and independently throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing compassionate, personalised care to residents
• Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and social engagement
• Supporting residents to take part in daily activities and routines
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes
• Working closely with the wider care team to ensure consistent high standards


About You• Experience in a care home or residential care setting (desirable)
• A kind, caring, and patient nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
• Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
