The Role As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, while leading and developing a talented audit team.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
*Planning, reviewing, and finalising audit assignments
*Leading on audit strategy, risk assessment, and technical matters
*Managing, mentoring, and developing audit staff
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
*Supporting partners with business development and practice growth initiatives
About You
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice
*Previous experience at Manager or Assistant Manager level
*Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
*Confident leader with strong people management skills
*Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
