*Lead, inspire, and develop staff teams across both settings
*Drive high-quality safeguarding, care planning, and risk management
*Build strong relationships with local authorities, schools, and health partners
*Support children’s education, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
*Manage budgets, resources, staffing, and rota planning
*Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
Your leadership will set the tone for excellence across both homes.
What You Bring

*At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including 1 year at senior level
*Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence in managing risk
*Experience leading teams and driving high-quality practice
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
*A commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care
*The resilience and passion needed to lead two specialist homes
What You’ll Receive
*Competitive salary £53,000–£62,000
*28 days annual leave including bank holidays
*Supportive senior leadership and opportunities for progression
*The chance to shape two homes that genuinely change lives
