This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for providing their Surveyors with the time, trust and support needed to deliver a high standard of service. Supported by experienced teams, workloads are managed sensibly, and there is a clear commitment to staff wellbeing, long-term retention and career development.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
*Level 2 Surveys
*Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
*Red Book Valuations
*Bespoke Building Surveys
*Private and Panel work
*Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
*Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
*Minimum AssocRICS or higher
*Proven track record in Surveying
*Registered Valuer Status
*UK Driving License
*Strong attention to detail

*Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days.
*Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE
