Salary: £13.50ph / £28,080pa (Depending on hours, experience, and qualification)
Hours: 36 OR 40 Hours over 4 days | 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
*Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
*Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
*Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and confidence
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
*Keep accurate records of children’s achievements and activities
*Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement
*Engage in ongoing professional development
About You
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
*Experience working in a Baby or Toddler room
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Excellent communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
