The Role*Based on-site at a new homes development
*Managing incoming buyer enquiries
*Conducting show home viewings
*Guiding customers through the full purchase journey
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
*Working towards individual and site sales targets
This is a consultative sales role, focused on building relationships and delivering a high-quality customer journey rather than purely transactional selling.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience within property or a customer-facing sales role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and well-presented
*Commercially aware and target-driven
*Willingness to learn and develop within a structured environment
Working Pattern*Weekend work required (standard in new homes)
*Days off typically midweek
*One weekend off every four weeks (rota-based)
