Customer Service Advisor (Inbound) – Temp to Perm Opportunity
£32,000 (equivalent) | Immediate Start
Monday–Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, close-knit team on an initial temporary basis, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

The RoleYou’ll be working in a small inbound call centre team (just three people), providing a high level of service to customers in a varied, fast-paced role.
Key responsibilities include:
*Handling inbound customer calls
*Booking services and coordinating appointments
*Responding to queries and resolving issues
*Making occasional outbound follow-up calls
*Delivering a consistently positive customer experience
About YouWe’re looking for someone who:
*Is confident and professional on the phone
*Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Is customer-focused with a proactive approach
*Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
*Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous

Working Hours*Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
*1 in 3 Saturday mornings (rota basis)
