Legal Practice Finance Lead, £40-45,000 Harrogate
Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to deliver accurate management accounts, maintain robust financial controls, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Prepare monthly management accounts, journals and reconciliations
*Manage payroll and ensure HMRC compliance (VAT, PAYE/NIC, Corporation Tax)
*Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
*Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors
*Maintain strong financial controls and implement process improvements
*Build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
Person Specification
*AAT qualified or equivalent experience beneficial
*Strong financial and management accounting knowledge
*Excellent Excel and accounting system skills
*High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
*Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
*Experience within the legal sector
