What you’ll be doing as an Insurance Administrator:

*Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
*Processing insurance policies, renewals and claims accurately and efficiently
*Keeping client records and internal systems up to date
*Speaking with customers over the phone and by email, providing a helpful and professional service
*Supporting compliance processes and making sure documentation is in order
*Liaising with insurers, brokers and clients to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for in an Insurance Administrator:

*Previous experience in an admin role - insurance or financial services would be ideal
*Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your workload
*A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach
*Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
*Comfortable working in a busy environment
*Good IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
