Accounts Administrator
Permanent - Full Time (early finish Friday)
Based in Eastbourne (office based)
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits and bonus
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new and exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join an established and growing SME company on a permanent contract.
This role is due to continued growth. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with prior finance experience.
Key Duties:
*Processing accounts payable and receivable and credit control
*Standing order payments, month end transfers & cashbooks
*Liaising with suppliers, and internal teams to resolve finance queries
*Maintaining accurate data within accounting systems
*Supporting month-end processes, including journals, accruals, and basic reporting
*Deal with daily notifications generated and payments for billings
*MTD
*Assisting with office administration
Key Skills:
*Previous experience in a finance assistant or accounts-based role
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Good working knowledge of Excel
*Experience using accounting software such as Xero or Sage advantageous
