Job Title: Assembly Fitter

We are currently recruiting for skilled and reliable Assembly Fitters to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent. Permanent and contract roles available.

You will be responsible for assembling a variety of components and structures to precise specifications, ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assemble mechanical components and structures using hand and power tools.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering instructions.
* Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
* Carry out adjustments and problem-solving where required.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across production teams.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in an assembly, fitting or a mechanical role.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is advantageous.
