What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Registering and qualifying buyers and sellers
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Managing a pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
*Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
*Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
