Actio Electronics Recruitment is working with a well-established electronics manufacturer in Luton to recruit an experienced Assembly Technician. This is a day-shift role offering stability, a supportive team environment, and an early Friday finish.


The Role
You will support the build and preparation of electronic products across the full assembly process. Daily duties will include:
*Electrical wiring, mechanical assembly and hand soldering following work instructions and build documentation
*Carrying out sub-assemblies
*Receiving and checking incoming goods
*Picking components and assembly kits from stock and reporting any shortages
*Packing finished products for despatch to customers and external suppliers


What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
*A background inelectronic or electrical assembly
*Confident hand-soldering skills
*Experience working to build instructions, drawings or job sheets
*A methodical approach with strong attention to detail
