Senior Valuer – York | £35k Basic | £70k OTE
If you know your numbers, can win instructions, and actually convert, this is worth a conversation.
A well-established, high-performing office in York is looking for an experienced Valuer to come in and make an immediate impact.
This is not a passive role. You’ll be:
• Winning new business and driving instructions
• Leading market appraisals and negotiations
• Managing applicants properly, not just ticking boxes
• Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business
You’ll join a strong, ambitious team with a great reputation locally, where standards are high and results are recognised.
