Production Operative - 3 Shift PatternExeter | £16.28 per hour | £31,746 per year + overtime | Rotating shifts (6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm / 10 pm-6 am) | Monday to Friday | Temporary to Permanent
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to join a global aerospace manufacturer working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Duties:*Operate high-pressure washing equipment within the production process.
*Handle and process aerospace components.
*Maintain strict quality and safety standards at all times.
*Work as part of a busy production team.
*Carry out physically active tasks in an industrial environment.
Requirements:*Enjoy hands-on, practical work.
*Good physical stamina for a demanding role.
*Strong work ethic and reliability.
*Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
*Flexible to work rotating shifts.
*Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
