Reporting directly to a highly regarded Finance Director, you will gain valuable exposure to strategic projects and have the chance to contribute beyond day-to-day payroll responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of an evolving business that genuinely values its people and is continuously striving to improve its processes and employee experience.
You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end payroll process, managing payroll queries, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. This will involve managing everything from gross-to-net calculations and statutory deductions through to pensions, expenses, and compliance with HMRC regulations.
