The RoleAs a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in keeping production lines running at peak performance. You’ll be responsible for maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Working Hours: 39.82 hours per week
Shifts rotating every 02 weeks between days and nights
*Day Shift - 05:45 - 18:15
*Night Shift - 17:45 - 06:15
Key Responsibilities:*Complete work orders using the CMMS system
*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance safely and efficiently
*Diagnose and resolve faults in line with KPIs and production targets
*Deliver PPM schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records
*Raise and manage spare parts requisitions
*Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
*Supervise contractors and ensure compliance when required
*Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the workshop and across site
Skills & Experience:*Electrical and Mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above)
*18th Edition (or equivalent)
*Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
*IOSH (or equivalent health & safety qualification)
*FLT licence (desirable)
*Good IT skills
