We are looking for organised, customer-focused, and detail-driven individuals to join Cadent as an Administrator (Connections) within the Customer Connections team.
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across the end-to-end connections process. You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, maintaining accurate records, managing customer communications, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with Cadent policies and procedures.

How You’ll Make an Impact
In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by delivering high-quality administrative support and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing comprehensive administrative support across the Connections function
*Creating and maintaining operational work orders and associated documentation
*Supporting scheduling activities in line with procedures, training, and guidelines
*Contacting customers to arrange work and ensure they understand requirements and next steps
*Accurately recording, maintaining, and distributing data to support right-first-time delivery
*Managing shared inboxes and workload trackers to meet SLAs and daily targets
*Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email, telephone, MS Teams, and face-to-face
*Supporting compliance, MI reporting, and revenue collection activities where required
*Working with other teams to resolve customer queries or escalating issues appropriately
*Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Cadent policies and procedures
*Contributing to continuous improvement by following SOPs and suggesting better ways of working
How We’ll Know You’re the Right Fit
We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service. You’ll ideally demonstrate:
*Experience in an administrative or business support role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Confidence in building effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
*High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
*A proactive, flexible, and customer-focused approach
*Competence using Microsoft Office applications
*Experience using systems such as SAP or other operational systems (desirable, not essential)
*The ability to work to SLAs, procedures, and compliance requirements
*A commitment to Cadent’s safety culture and inclusive values
How It All Comes Together
*Pay rate: £13.53 per hour (depending on experience), PAYE, paid weekly one week in arrears
*Assignment duration: 6-month temporary role via Reed
*Start date: ASAP
*Location: Pilot Way, Ansty Park, Coventry, West Midlands, CV7 9JU
*Contracted hours: 37 hours per week
How Your Shifts Will Look
*Monday to Friday
*Shifts between 8am and 6pm (to meet business requirements)
