Fall Protection / Height Safety Engineer
Location: Rochester – Covering London & South East
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

*A well-established, family-owned height safety specialist is recruiting an experienced Fall Protection Engineer to join their team based in Rochester.
*Supporting commercial and high-profile sites across London and the South East, this is an

*minimal nights away, and genuine support for its engineers.
What’s on offer:
*Up to £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
*38.5-hour week, including paid lunch
*Overtime: time and a half (Monday to Saturday), double time (Sunday)
*Mostly London & South East work – minimal working away & no building site work

The role:
*Install, inspect, test and maintain fall protection systems
*Work on lifelines, anchors, guardrails and height safety systems
*Carry out inspections and remedial works
*Complete all relevant paperwork accurately
*Deliver a high standard of customer service on-site
*Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry standards
What they’re looking for:
*Proven hands-on experience within fall protection or height safety
*Strong knowledge of BS 7883
*Comfortable working at height
*Reliable, organised and professional
*Full UK driving licence
*Must be able to commute to Rochester
