Food Production Operative
Ryde
£12.71 per hour

Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment on behalf of our client in Ryde.
If you have experience working with food, enjoy being on your feet, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Duties will include:
*Preparing and packing orders for wholesale customers across the Isle of Wight
*Sealing, labelling, and packing products accurately and efficiently
*Producing high volumes of sandwiches, toasties, rolls, hot dogs, and wraps to specification
*Following instructions from the team leader
*Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
*Maintaining consistent speed and quality of work
*Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
*Keeping the work area clean and organised at all times
The ideal candidate will:
*Be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods
*Thrive in a busy, hands-on environment
*Have good attention to detail
*Be reliable and punctual
*Have strong communication and teamwork skills
*Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
