Based in Bicester our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team working 37.5 hours per week. Supporting the day-to-day transaction processing and with month-end close, you will be focused on accurate posting of customer payments, supplier invoices and expenses using various accounting software.
Offering £35,000 per annum.
Duties of the Bookkeeper:
*Post customer payments, instalments and overpayments.
*Update cashflow spreadsheets and maintain accurate income.
*Process sales, refunds and membership invoices.
*Manage card expenses, ensuring receipts and classifications are completed.
*Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, credit cards and supplier balances monthly.
*Support with month end, providing relevant documentation.
Experience:
*Previous bookkeeping skills.
*Experience using Xero is desirable but not required.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills.
*Confident on computers.
