Description
*Provide advice and representation on professional indemnity claims.
*Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements, related to professional liability cases.
*Conduct thorough case analysis and legal research to build strong defences for clients.
*Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when required.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless case management.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the professional services industry.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering clear and practical guidance.
*Support the team in business development activities, including client presentations and networking events.
Profile
A successful Professional Indemnity Associate should have minimum 2 PQE in either professional indemnity and commercial litigation matters.
