Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK market
*Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
*Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term success
*Represent the business in the UK market, enhancing brand visibility and credibility
*Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals
*Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
*Deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
*Support the establishment and growth of a local sales team as the business expands
Skills & Experience
*Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles
*Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
*Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
*Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
*Experience entering or growing new markets is highly advantageous
*Adaptable, resilient, and results-driven mindset
