About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside talented teachers and a multi-disciplinary team to create engaging, tailored learning experiences. Every day is different, challenging at times, but deeply rewarding always.
Key Responsibilities:
*Empower Students: Support learners 1:1 and in small groups to achieve academic and personal goals.
*Creative Delivery: Assist with lesson planning and adapt activities to meet individual abilities and needs.
*Celebrate Success: Help track, record, and celebrate every milestone of progress.
*Build Foundations: Foster independence, confidence, and vital communication skills.
*Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure a holistic approach to education.
