JHE & Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a company in Leeds as they look to recruit a Management Accountant.
Reporting to a brilliant FD, the successful candidate will have full responsibility to produce the Management Accounts pack for this £8million turnover company. Duties and responsibilities will include:
*Production of monthly management accounts pack for FD review
*Preparation of monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis and variance analysis against budgets
*Accruals and prepayments
*Maintenance of the fixed asset register
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Posting journals
*Support annual budgeting and forecasting
*Production of insightful reporting including profitability analysis
*Bank reconciliations
*Assisting with VAT returns
*Liaising with external audit teams
*Working closely with the FD and wider finance team on a variety of ad hoc projects
Applicants will ideally be part qualified CIMA or ACCA, have excellent communication skills and advanced IT skills, specifically with Excel.
