Customer Support Coordinator

A well-established organisation within the housebuilding and property sector is looking to appoint a Customer Support Coordinator to join their busy Customer Services function. This is a key support role ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and maintaining high standards of customer service across operational queries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where accuracy, communication, and problem-solving really matter.
The RoleYou will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Customer Services team, acting as a key point of contact for internal queries and ensuring issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
*Handling inbound calls and emails from internal stakeholders, including site teams and regional offices
*Managing customer and internal enquiries relating to orders, pricing, product availability, damaged goods, and delivery timelines
*Processing and maintaining orders accurately on internal systems
*Keeping stakeholders updated on the status of queries and ensuring clear communication throughout
*Escalating complaints where required and ensuring timely resolution
*Supporting departmental administration, filing, and reporting requirements
*Working closely with internal teams to ensure service levels and KPIs are met
*Supporting continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working

Key experience and skills:
*Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or support environment
*Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
*Ability to stay calm, organised, and resilient under pressure
*Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Experience within construction, housebuilding, or a similar operational environment would be beneficial
