Equity Reward Manager / Senior Manager
Location: London (Hybrid working)
An exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm within a high-growth Equity Reward team. This role offers a strong blend of advisory and design-led work, supporting a diverse client base on complex, commercially focused projects.
The Role:
*Lead the delivery of client projects across equity reward and incentive arrangements
*Design and structure equity and cash-based incentive plans (UK and international)
*Advise on the tax and commercial implications of corporate transactions on incentive plans
*Work closely with senior management teams on how transactions impact personal incentives
*Oversee a varied client portfolio including owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and listed groups
*Coach and develop junior team members

*Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
*Looking for a visible, client-facing role with clear progression opportunities
