Technical Administrator

An established and highly regarded organisation within the construction and property sector is looking to appoint a Technical Administrator to support a specialist team delivering critical building safety and remediation projects across the UK.

The RoleYou’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, providing efficient and professional administrative support to technical specialists working on complex remediation programmes.
Responsibilities include:
*Coordinating meetings and taking accurate minutes
*Supporting technical managers with document management and project file organisation
*Uploading and maintaining key project documentation
*Tracking and processing fire safety reports (FRAEW/FRA)
*Maintaining internal trackers, including regulatory submissions
*Assisting with the preparation and distribution of compliance documentation packs
*Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team
About YouYou’ll be a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key experience:
*Previous administrative or coordination experience
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
*Experience working in a time-critical, team-based environment
*Ideally, exposure to construction, housing, or property-related projects
*Any knowledge of building safety, utilities, or remediation projects would be advantageous
