Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager

Factory based, commutable from Fraddon, Newquay, St Austell, Padstow, Bodmin, Truro and surrounding areas
Are you from a Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical background with any leadership experience looking put your own stamp on a highly technical team of engineers, with the scope to further progress your career all whilst furthering your technical expertise.
This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to take charge of the Engineering department, with 12 direct reports, where you will be given the autonomy to directly impact the team, further your career and play a vital part in the companies growth.
This company are a global manufacturer and have quadrupled their engineering team in the last 4 years, now with 12 direct and 8 indirect reports, this is a great chance for an Engineering Manager to join and put their own stamp on the team.
This role will suit a Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical background with any leadership experience looking put your own stamp on a highly technical team of engineers, with the scope to further progress your career all whilst furthering your technical expertise.
The Role:
*Oversee, Improvement and Implement engineering plans to increase maintenance reliability
*Upskill, Mentor and Develop the team through strong leadership
*Further career progression into Operations

*Previous Engineering or Manufacturing background
