Individual Needs Assistant - Full Time

Academics are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual Needs Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Brighton. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
*Assist in delivering differentiated learning activities
*Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
Requirements:
*Proven experience working within KS1 and KS2 settings
*Strong understanding of supporting children with individual needs
*A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
