Reporting to: Sales Manager
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to support revenue growth for a client in the health, fitness and wellbeing sector based in Central London.
This is a fast-paced, target-focused sales role for someone who thrives on engaging with people, converting leads, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll play a key role in driving membership sales and supporting both individual and corporate client acquisition.
What We’re Looking For*A confident closer with a proven ability to convert leads into memberships

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth*Engage with inbound and outbound leads to drive membership sales
*Convert enquiries into trials and paid memberships
*Proactively follow up with prospects to maximise conversion rates
*Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
Corporate & Individual Sales Support*Support outreach to local businesses and corporate contacts
*Assist in securing trial bookings and membership conversions
*Build positive relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Lead Management*Manage and progress your own pipeline of leads
*Ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities
*Track performance against individual sales targets
What Success Looks Like*Consistent achievement of individual sales targets
*Strong conversion from enquiry to membership
*Growing pipeline of engaged prospects
*High levels of customer satisfaction and retention
*Contribution to overall revenue growth
Package £29,000 base salary + £40,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
