Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Lincoln (with home-based options)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
Benefits: Flexible/home working options (as provided)
About the Company:
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, full-service law firm with a strong reputation across legal, property, and financial services. Known for its ambitious growth and client-first approach, the firm has expanded significantly in recent years and continues to invest in its people, systems, and service delivery. With a collaborative culture and a focus on long-term client relationships, the business offers a supportive environment where professionals can thrive and contribute to meaningful change.
Role Summary:
This role offers the chance to join a growing residential conveyancing team where you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end service to clients. With hands-on responsibility from day one, you’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment. The position also offers scope to mentor others and support the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions: providing end-to-end ownership and autonomy
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, brokers, and agents: building strong professional relationships
• Conducting title checks, raising enquiries, and reviewing mortgage offers: ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining case management systems and progressing matters efficiently: improving workflow and service delivery
• Ensuring AML and regulatory compliance: supporting risk management and best practice
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members: contributing to team development and progression
Requirements:
• Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold processes
• Confident communicator with clients and third parties
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Familiarity with case management systems and compliance procedures
