Reporting to: Senior General Manager
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a high-performing, commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue growth for a client in the health, fitness and wellbeing sector based in the heart of Central London.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on targets, leads from the front, and knows how to turn opportunities into results. You’ll be instrumental in scaling memberships, building corporate partnerships, and driving overall sales performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Revenue Growth*Own and deliver all new sales activity across individual and corporate channels
*Drive high-volume membership sales through proactive outreach and lead generation
*Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
Corporate Sales*Identify, target, and secure corporate partnerships across Central London
*Arrange and attend meetings to generate trial bookings and bulk memberships
*Build long-term relationships to maximise client lifetime value
Lead Management & Conversion*Manage the full sales journey from enquiry through to membership conversion
*Maximise conversion rates through effective follow-ups and tailored offers
*Track and continuously optimise performance across the sales funnel
Performance & Team Development*Own and report on weekly KPIs and sales performance metrics
*Continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion effectiveness
*Coach and develop junior sales team members to elevate overall performance
What Success Looks Like*Consistent growth in memberships and monthly revenue
*A strong and active corporate sales pipeline
*High trial-to-membership conversion rates
*A motivated, high-performing sales team
*Increased referrals and repeat business
