Morgan Hunt are seeking skilled and reliable Painters to join our Housing Maintenance team within a large local authority. The role involves working across a range of residential properties, including void (empty) homes and tenanted properties, helping to maintain and improve housing standards across the community.

Key Responsibilities:
*Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including surface preparation, emulsion, glossing, and finishing
*Prepare and redecorate void properties ready for new tenants
*Undertake maintenance and redecoration work in occupied homes
*Ensure high-quality finishes in line with required standards
*Identify and report any additional maintenance issues within properties
*Work safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations
*Deliver a professional and respectful service when working in tenanted properties
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Painter, ideally within social housing or maintenance
*Ability to carry out a wide range of decorating tasks to a high standard
*Good knowledge of materials, techniques, and surface preparation
*Full UK driving licence (van provided for work use)
*Strong attention to detail and time management skills
*Good communication and customer service skills
