Title: Residential Conveyancer (Fully Remote)
Location: Nationwide (Fully Remote )
Salary: Up to £55,000

Role Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking conveyancing team, managing a full residential caseload while enjoying flexible working arrangements. You’ll gain exposure to freehold sales and purchases, with optional support in leasehold or new build transactions. This role offers career progression, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload: Develop your expertise while handling varied transactions
*Focus on freehold sales and purchases: Gain specialist experience in key areas of residential property
*Support and mentor with guidance from senior conveyancers: Learn from directors with proven sector success
*Communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders: Build strong professional relationships and deliver excellent client service
*Maintain organisation and case management: Ensure smooth and timely progression of cases
Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong knowledge of freehold sale and purchase transactions
*Experience with leasehold and/or new build transactions is a bonus (training provided)
*Excellent communication, organisational, and case management skills
