Job Title: FLT Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy and well-established operation in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a day shift position with the opportunity for a temp-to-perm role or ongoing long-term work.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods across the site, supporting day-to-day warehouse and production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operating a Counterbalance FLT (B1 licence required)
*Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
*Moving stock and materials around the site
*Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
*Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
*Supporting the wider team to meet operational targets
Requirements:
*Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (B1)
*Proven experience operating FLT in a busy environment
*Good awareness of health and safety practices
*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Shift Details:
*Day shifts
*Overtime may be available
