What You’ll Do:
Social Media Management
*Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
*Maintain a consistent brand voice and captivating visual identity
*Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with social media trends and best practices


Performance & Analytics
*Track key metrics: follower growth, reach, engagement rates, and impressions
*Analyse post and campaign performance using platform insights and tools
*Report on top-performing content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement


Paid Advertising
*Set up, manage, and optimise paid social media ads on platforms like Meta and Google
*Monitor ad spend, CTRs, conversions, and ROI to ensure optimal performance
*Test audiences, creatives, and copy to enhance results and drive growth


Marketing Support
*Collaborate on wider digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
*Deliver tasks accurately and on time while working to briefs
*Align marketing efforts with overall business goals through teamwork


What We’re Looking For:
*A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (strongly preferred)
*Proven experience in social media management and paid ads
*Strong understanding of engagement metrics and performance measurement
*Confidence in using social media and ad platforms
*Highly organised, proactive, and task-focused individual
*Smart, professional, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities
