Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen within a well-established, progressive financial advisory company with offices based on the outskirts of Manchester. As part of this growth, the company is actively acquiring other advisory firms and now seeking an additional team member to join their Mergers & Acquisitions team. Flexible working culture.
Your new role Employed position, this role offers an exciting entry point into mergers & acquisitions (M&A), with a focus on telesales, lead generation, and relationship-building. The role will involve researching and identifying potential acquisition targets, making outbound calls to financial advice firms to introduce the company, building rapport with business owners / directors and managing the process overall, including booking meetings and arranging follow-ups.
What you’ll need to succeed
The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a confident telephone manner with the ability to build trust and engage with business owners; good sales skills and the ability to meet and achieve KPIs; strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively within a fast-paced environment. Whilst experience in a similar role is desirable, training can be provided.
