Production Operative - ManufacturingNewton Abbot, Devon | £12.71 - £13.71 per hour | Day or night shifts | Monday-Thursday / Monday-Wednesday | Temporary to Permanent
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing team at a metal fabrication facility in Newton Abbot. This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with full training and potential for permanent work.
Key Duties:*Operate CNC machines to produce metal components to specification.
*Carry out basic welding and fabrication of metal parts.
*Quality check finished products.
*Assist with loading and unloading materials.
*Maintain a clean and organised work area.
*Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:*Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable.
*Familiarity with CNC machines or welding beneficial.
*Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
*Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
*Manual handling experience advantageous.
