Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Client Support professional ready to take the next step in your career?


We are working with a highly regarded, independent wealth management firm who are looking to appoint a Financial Planning Associate to support a Financial Planning Director on a 1:1 basis. This is a key hire within their Private Client team, offering the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients while gaining exposure to the full financial planning process.


This is a fast-paced, high-trust role suited to someone proactive, organised, and eager to develop their career within wealth management.


The Role
As a Financial Planning Associate, you will act as the right-hand support to a Financial Planning Director, ensuring the smooth running of their client portfolio. Responsibilities include:
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service
*Supporting new client onboarding and maintaining strong ongoing relationships
*Preparing and checking client documentation and communications
*Managing diaries, meetings, and workflow priorities
*Liaising with providers and processing business on relevant platforms
*Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
*Keeping clients updated throughout the advice process


About You
*Experience within financial planning / wealth management
*Previous experience supporting an adviser or working closely with clients
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
*High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Keen to develop and progress within a financial planning environment
