As a Logistics Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fulfilment clients, playing a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will manage day-to-day client communication, ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing daily client communication via phone and email, providing clear updates and timely responses
*Supporting warehouse operations by resolving customer queries, investigating issues and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
*Liaising with warehouse teams, carriers and internal departments to address operational challenges and maintain service standards
*Using ticketing systems to log, track and update client requests in line with agreed SLAs
*Supporting client calls and meetings, taking ownership of actions and ensuring follow-ups are completed
*Overseeing the administration of client accounts, including service billing and adherence to service level agreements
*Handling and escalating complaints professionally while maintaining strong client relationships
*Sharing insights with the account management team and contributing to process improvements and new ways of working
*Monitoring KPIs and service metrics, identifying risks, trends and opportunities for improvement
