Job Title: Electrical Fitter
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Duration: Temp to perm/ ongoing contract

A great opportunity has arisen within the Electrical Department of a well-established vehicle manufacturing business based in Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role:
Reporting to the Electrical Workshop Manager, you will be involved in the build and assembly of high-quality, in-house designed trailer chassis, decks, and associated components. This is a varied role working on low-volume, high-specification vehicles for major blue-chip clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Installation and maintenance of electrical systems on commercial trailers
*Fault finding and diagnostics across a range of vehicle electrical systems
*Working from technical drawings and wiring schematics
*Assisting in the assembly of bespoke trailer components
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
*Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Skills & Experience Required:
*Strong understanding of auto electrical systems
*Proven fault-finding and diagnostic ability
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
*Competent in the use of hand and air tools
*Good mechanical knowledge
*Flexible and adaptable approach
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*High standards of quality and workmanship
*Good awareness of health and safety responsibilities
