The successful Stock Management Accountant will:
*Prepare and analyse stock reports to identify variances and trends.
*Monitor stock levels and provide accurate valuations for financial reporting.
*Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to streamline stock management processes.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to inventory.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in stock management.
*Provide support during audits and ensure accurate documentation of stock data.
*Deliver regular updates and insights to senior management on stock performance.
*Be responsible for the day to day management of an Assistant Management Accountant.
*Support a culture of continuous improvement working closely with a Finance Director to improve efficiencies within the wider business.

The successful Stock Management Accountant should have:
