Senior Conference Producer - Launch Event
Central London Office (Hybrid)+ Travel
Salary up to £55,000 base + Generous Commission
A well-established B2B events business has a compelling new conference concept ready to go - and they need the right producer to bring it to life. This is not a role where you are starting from a blank page; the idea, the market opportunity, and the backing are already in place. What they need now is an experienced Senior Conference Producer who can take that concept and turn it into a commercially successful, market-leading event.
If you are an experienced B2B conference producer who excels at building large scale events, rigorous agendas, engaging senior industry voices, and working closely with sales to maximise revenue from day one, this is a brilliant opportunity to put your stamp on something from the very beginning.
What You Will Be Doing
*Taking an established event concept and developing it into a fully formed, commercially viable conference programme
*Building authoritative agendas through senior-level speaker acquisition, industry interviews, and in-depth market research
*Developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, associations, and subject matter experts across the topic area
*Working closely with the sales team to ensure content drives delegate attendance and sponsorship revenue
*Monitoring competitor activity, audience feedback, and market trends to sharpen the programme ahead of launch
*Taking ownership of your conference P&L and contributing to revenue targets from launch onwards
*Collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver a seamless event experience
What We Are Looking For
*4+ years of conference production experience within B2B events, with a proven track record of launching or scaling conference programmes
*Strong research and interview skills with the confidence to engage C-suite and senior industry figures
*A commercial mindset - you understand how content decisions directly impact ticket sales, sponsorship value, and overall event revenue
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
*Experience taking a concept through to a first live event is highly desirable
