Internal Sales Executive
Doncaster – Office-based (with occasional travel)
£27,000 – £30,000 + Excellent Benefits

This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted partner, supporting service delivery while identifying opportunities to add value. You’ll work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards of service and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:
*Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including multi-site clients
*Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
*Overseeing service delivery from job creation through to completion and financial close
*Identifying opportunities to introduce additional or enhanced services
*Producing clear, high-quality technical and commercial reports
*Supporting account growth alongside the Business Development team
*Coordinating smaller projects, pricing, and quotations
*Handling client queries and issues professionally and proactively
*Visiting client sites across the UK to build strong working relationships
*Supporting emergency response activity when required
Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:
*Passionate about delivering excellent service
*Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills
*Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
*Eager to learn, develop, and grow their career
*Ideally experienced in environmental, drainage, utilities, facilities management, or a related service-based industry
