The RoleAs a Fine Art Technician & Packer, you will be a key player in the Operations team, ensuring that every collection in the London warehouse is handled with absolute care and strategic efficiency. You will work closely with the Warehouse & Operations Director to maintain global operational alignment and refine internal procedures.
Location: Waltham Abbey (with occasional travel for specific projects)
Key Responsibilities*Expert Handling: Execute the professional movement, installation, and transport of fine art and luxury items
*Precision Packing: Utilize high-level casing, crating, and packing techniques tailored for fragile collections
*Problem Solving: Proactively identify project variances or operational hurdles and work with stakeholders to facilitate resolutions.
*Client Engagement: Act as a professional, client-facing representative when engaging with high-net-worth individuals
*Operational Growth: Identify new strategies to improve packing efficiency and support international branch centralisation
What You Bring*Experience: While experience with fine art, antiques, or luxury goods is preferred, we are looking for the right attitude and a meticulous eye for detail
*Technical Skills: You are comfortable with computer systems (Word, Excel, Google Sheets) and familiar with specialised crating and packing methods
