Are you a Senior AV or Technical Engineer looking to take full ownership of complex, high-value projects within a creative, design-led environment?
On offer is a rare opportunity to step into a technically senior position where you will lead the delivery of immersive, large-scale installations across world-class venues, working at the forefront of AV, control and integrated systems.

In this role, you will act as the technical lead across multiple projects, owning engineering delivery from concept through to commissioning. You will be responsible for developing fully integrated AV and control system designs, leading coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transition from design into build. You will also play a key role in shaping solutions during bid stages and mentoring engineers within the team.
This role would suit a Senior AV or Technical Engineer who is looking for greater ownership, strategic input and the opportunity to work on standout, technically complex projects within a highly creative environment.

*Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AV immersive projects
*Manage stakeholders and support installation through to handover

*Experience working on AV systems within museums, exhibitions, heritage sites or similar environments
