Hours: Term-Time Only

About the RoleA friendly and supportive primary school in Northampton is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team with an immediate start. Working across Year 1 and Year 2, you will support pupils during a crucial stage in their early learning, helping to build strong foundations for future success.

What You’ll Be Doing*Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
*Delivering small group interventions in phonics, reading, writing, and maths
*Assisting with early development and structured classroom routines

*Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and participation
*Helping to prepare and organise classroom resources

*Strong communication and teamwork skills
