HGV Technician
Location: Watford, WD25
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM: Alternate Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
About the Role:
As an HGV Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles and equipment, including lorries, vans, forklifts, and plant machinery. Your role is critical in helping minimise downtime and keeping our operations running efficiently across all sites.

Responsibilities:
*Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment
*Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
*Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer standards
*Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and parts used
*Provide occasional support with customer vehicle repairs and assist other teams when needed
Requirements:
*Proven experience working as a HGV Technician
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
*Forklift or HGV licence (Class 1 preferred, Class 2 acceptable)
*Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills
