The Role
*Develop and own key broker relationships across the North of England

*Underwrite and trade P&C risks with a focus on profitable growth

*Identify and convert new business opportunities in a competitive market

*Act as a key market representative for a growing, credible platform

What We’re Looking For
*Experience within a recognised insurer in a broker-facing underwriting role

*Strong P&C underwriting background with a commercial mindset

*Frustration with overly rigid processes-and a desire for more ownership

*Established broker relationships across the North

*Confident decision-maker who thrives with autonomy

*Ambitious, proactive, and growth-oriented

*£65,000 - £80,000 base salary + performance-related bonus
